God-fearing

We must be God-fearing. Why? Because we're in a catholic school. We must respect God and NEVER (at least try not to) use it in vain. We must uphold the school value and school rules. We have to respect the authority of our parents, teachers and school leaders. And last but not least,
believe that God will help those who help themselves.

Maximising Potential

Maximising our potential can start from our CCAs. This is one of the things that the school teaches us in our 4/5 years here. By teaching us values that can only be learnt through experiences, we can use what we learn in our CCAs in real life. This helps us to know what potential we really have. It only comes out when it is needed and we therefore have to maximise it the best we can while we still have the chance. One day, our potential may just come out when we don't even know it.

Freedom

Freedom. Freedom of speech. Freedom of justice. Freedom for OURSELVES. Freedom. This word basically means "free". We must have freedom for ourselves and others. We should not let ourselves be controlled by others. It is not healthy for us. We must have freedom for ourselves; to stand up for ourselves and fight against what is wrong. It is no longer considered freedom if we get controlled by people because one day, when they leave us, we will be all alone and have no one to help us. We must learn to be responsible and take control of our own lives and do not get controlled by the minds of others. Freedom.

Integrity

In SJC, our vision is:Women of integrity. As women of integrity, we must obey the school rules and not tell lies. Integrity is what keeps us strong. It shows our attitude towards life and what we do. Integrity means our wholeness. It gives us the support we need in everyday life. It gives s hope of purity in us. it gives us courage and strengthens our self esteem. Integrity. We must live up to our VISION to be Women of Integrity.

Truth

And the truth will set you free!!! Truth. Truth is what keeps friendships together. This is one of the most IMPORTANT school values. It is what make friendships last. It is what people look for in friends. It is what teachers look for in students to make them monitors. Truth. Isn't the sound of that so sweet??? We must speak the truth ALL the time. ...But sometimes the truth hurts...but if our friends are really our friends, they will be greatful for you speaking the truth.

Healthy and Gracious Lifestyle

Healthy and Gracious lifestyle-that is what we should have. We should keep fir to have a healthy lifestyle. Keeping fit means eating well, and exercising frequently. when we live a gracious lifestyle, we must keep in mind that we are girls and should live GRACIOUSLY. :)

Justice

Justice means the correct state of a thing or a person. We must all uphold Justice if not the world will be filled with havoc and you will have no true friends as everyone will be cheating each other.
